About the project

This redevelopment project focused on restoring a six-unit residential building that had been abandoned for over 20 years. The deteriorated third floor and rear structural addition—both beyond repair—were fully removed and rebuilt from the ground up. The property also underwent a complete interior and exterior renovation, including new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, along with essential structural upgrades. Modern layouts were introduced to meet current building codes and enhance livability. Exterior improvements added curb appeal and long-term resilience, returning the building to market as quality residential housing.
