About the project

This redevelopment project focused on transforming aseverely fire-damaged property into a fully modernized, high-performingcommercial-residential space. With only a portion of the original exteriorbrick walls salvageable, the structure was completely rebuilt from the groundup using new architectural plans tailored for long-term durability and value.The project included the installation of all-new electrical and plumbingsystems, full structural framing, and the construction of a new roof. A key enhancementwas the addition of a third-floor structure, designed to expand the building’ssquare footage and improve its functionality and market appeal. Every phase ofthe work was executed to meet modern building codes and ensure the propertycould serve both commercial and residential use for years to come.
